What equipment is used in MFR Wellness classes?

Mini bosu pods, light dumbbells, therabands, loop bands, sliding discs and bodyweight.

Do you have cardio equipment?

We have one treadmill and rower for personal training use.

Do you have post workout fuel?

Yes. Daryl’s protein bars, microgreens, electrolytes and protein packets.

Do you use an app?

Yes. Zenplanner is used for group class bookings.
