12-15 people per class. Multiple class options 6 days a week with full body exercises. Every workout can work for you as modifications are always provided.

Personal Training

One on one session focusing on your goals. Each training session is tailored to reach your wants and needs. Personals allow for extra communication relating to exercise and nutrition.

Virtual
Classes

Monthly online Facebook program. 4 live workouts weekly, yoga, recipe sharing, accountability, posted podcasts, communication and more. Take the planning away and press play.

Nutrition Guidance

Nutrition doesn’t have to be confusing. We’ll help you understand what’s in your food, how macros work, and how to build meals that keep you energized, satisfied and on track.

We have partnered with USANA health sciences to help navigate your nutrition goals. From supplements, meal replacements shakes and jumpstart kits, these products will improve your health and gain results.

What to expect at class?

Good energy, good tunes and motivation. Be prepared to sweat, have fun and to challenge yourself.

What class is best for me?

Every class is suitable for all ages and exercise levels. All exercises can be modified.

Can I shower at the studio?

Yes, we have one shower facility and separate bathroom.

Do you offer workshops?

MFR Wellness (studio b) offers pop up yoga classes, indian head massage, reiki sessions and more.
